How do you calculate my monthly payment?
Our Floor Care Specialists will walk through your home with you during your free estimate and will help you put together a customized plan based on your individual needs and priorities.
How do the payments work?
When you sign your membership agreement, you will receive 25% off your initial clean. Beginning on the 5th or 20th of the following month, your card will automatically be charged your monthly membership fee. During the sixth month, we will come out and do your membership clean, as well as any other services you’d like at a 25% discount.
Am I under contract or can I cancel at any time?
We do have a membership agreement that contains all of the specifics of your Fab Floor Society plan, but there is no contract term, and you are free to cancel your membership at any time. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds for unused membership fees.
How do I schedule my membership services?
We can schedule your membership cleans up to 1 year in advance, or we can call you when it’s time for your service. Simply let us know your preference when you apply to join.
What counts as an “area” when calculating my monthly membership fees?
We consider one area to be approximately 120 square feet, the size of an average bedroom. During your estimate, our Floor Care Specialists will determine how many areas are in your home. Some rooms may be more than one area and some may only be half of an area.
What is included in a membership clean?
We will perform two membership cleans per year. At 6 months, it will be a Basic clean service, according to the floor type of your membership plan areas. At 1 year, we will do a Premium clean for your membership plan areas. Pet protection includes up to 20 spots of urine treatment per year. Heavily soiled areas requiring extra time and attention may be billed separately at the membership discounted rate (25% off) at the discretion of our Floor Care Specialists.
What is a customized home cleaning kit, and what is included in it?
Your Fab Floor Society membership includes a free customized home cleaning kit. We will give you a microfiber cleaning cloth and your choice of 2 of our specialty home cleaners to help you keep things clean in between our visits. The options are:
Sparkle N Shine – Hard floor and laminate cleaner
Spot Remover – Carbonated carpet and upholstery cleaner
Pee-Be-Gone – Pet odor and urine neutralizer
Wool Rug Spot Cleaner – Removes stains and neutralizes urine from wool fabrics
All-Purpose Disinfectant– Kills over 99.99% of bacteria in 30 seconds
