Preparing For Your Appointment

Once you’ve booked your appointment, we’ll go over what you need to prepare. We’ll also let you know what to expect and provide some suggestions for you. This page is a recap of that information. We do our best to give you a relaxing and satisfying cleaning experience. 

Getting Your Space Ready

For quick service, please prepare you space accordingly:

  • Remove all breakable items from the cleaning area. 
  • Pin up draperies, bedding, upholstery skirts, and any hanging material that may be in the area.
  • Remove all loose items from heavy furniture you wish to be moved. We can definitely hand clean areas beneath heavy furniture where there’s sufficient space and/or we can edge right up to the base. 
  • Let your cleaning specialist know about any special furniture moving requirements.

Following these instructions allows us to get your space clean quick and helps us avoid any extra charges for moving loose items. It also helps prevent damage to your valuables! We’re thankful for the help!

What to Expect and Some Suggestions

Here’s what to expect for your appointment and some suggestions. Following this advice is helpful because it allows your appointment to go easier than easy. Of course, these are suggestions—we still focus on giving you the easiest and deepest clean possible!

  • Our cleaning specialists will often send a text when they are on their way. In most cases, they let you know when they’re 30 minutes away. If you need to make any changes, no problem! Contact our office, and we can take care of it.
  • If able, a thorough vacuuming of your carpets helps us get the job done quicker. This is recommended in high traffic areas such as entryways and halls. If you can’t get to it, no problem. We can also check your vacuum for free to ensure its operating effectively!
  • Cleaning can be stressful for pets, so it’s best to keep them in a safe place. We want it to be easy for them, too!
  • We may need access to water, so knowing the closet or best source helps our cleaning specialist get the job done quickly and easily!
  • Please note that areas that have been treated for pet stains or odors can remain damp for longer than other areas. Pet odor may be present for a couple days as our cleaning solution neutralizes the odor at its source. 
  • We may advise other suggestions or recommendations. If you have any questions at all, please reach out to our friendly office staff or ask our technicians.
